Salmon Arm lies in the heart of BC, nestled between the beautiful mountains and hills of the Shuswap Region. Hundreds of miles of hiking trails and endless year round outdoor recreational activities surround this pristine town, which draws in tourists from all over the world with its countless opportunities for adventure. Cost of living is substantially lower than surrounding BC urban centres, and the city’s tremendously high quality of life landed it in the #1 place to live in BC, and #6 in Canada by MacLean’s Magazine.
