Position Summary

Interior Health is seeking a dynamic Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team at the North Shore Health Sciences Clinic in Kamloops, B.C.

This position is term certain full time 0until Sept 02, 2020. Working autonomously and collaboratively with all members of the health team the NP will provide full scope primary health services to a growing roster of patients of all ages. You will join a team of 7 other NPs and a RN to provide comprehensive all- ages primary health care services in north Kamloops. Established in April of 2017, meeting the attributes of the patient medical home/primary care home is a goal of the clinic. To meet the access needs of the community, the clinic operates with extended hours and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Current registration and exam-qualified as a Nurse Practitioner with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
• Successful completion of Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE)
• Recent, relevant clinical nursing experience
